Your question and support requests are logged and responded to using our HelpSpot Tracking System. Whether you call us on the telephone, send us an email, bump into us at a Ham Fest, or log your request here, LDG saves your question and contact information to better serve you!
A Technical Support Representative does get back in touch with you, in most cases, within 24 hours when the question cannot be answered right away. You track your question or support request by returning to this site, http://support.ldgelectronics.com.
Please provide LDG with a valid EMAIL address so that you automatically receive a response to your question by EMAIL when the LDG representative updates your log entry. LDG does not save these Email address for any other purpose.
Product Repairs
Complete the required down-loadable Repair Form and ship it with your product. The status of a repair is updated only when the repair ships back to you. We regret that we are not staffed to provide periodic updates of service orders. Repairs are handled in the order received. Consult the LDG Repair Knowledge Book link to the left for more information on Product Repairs.
